Grow to Share, a non-profit community garden located in River Falls WI, is seeking to fill a part-time garden intern position. Hours are flexible and would be 12 hours per week running from late April to mid-September. 

Duties would include:
working with and directing volunteers in garden tasks, garden operations (planting, cultivating, harvesting), communicating with harvest recipients, delivery of garden produce, harvest recording and data entry.
The ideal candidate will:
be able to work both independently and with others, understand and communicate directions relating to garden tasks clearly, be organized and able to work efficiently, have a desire to help others in the community, promote the mission and message of Grow to Share while communicating with others in the gardens.
Qualifications:
Clear communication skills, ability to work outside in varying conditions, ability to perform digging, bending, lifting, and other physical activity as related to garden tasks, organized record-keeping, basic plant and gardening knowledge.
Pay:
$10/hr
