Grow to Share currently operates with no paid staff and is completely dependent upon the generosity of others to continue operations. Many have contributed in the past and their contributions have led to the success Grow to Share has achieved, but their continued support as well as new contributions are necessary for the continuation and growth of the organization. Donations are used for the purpose of general operating costs, that include gardening supplies, fuel for deliveries, event planning, and educational outreach programs.

Grow to Share is recognized by the state of Wisconsin and the federal government as a charitable non-profit organization with a tax exempt 501(c)3 status. This allows for a tax deductible receipt to be issued for all donations given.
